Ladies I Found A Way To Bring On Contractions (:

Hey ladies was online doing some  research on natural ways to induce labor and I found 1 way that helped me. I just started doing it and within 2 minutes started getting contractions :D it's acupuncture. You have to rub the webbing between your index finger and thumb. Rub it in a circular motion until you start feeling contractions. Take small breaks to see if contractions continue on there own and count how many you get also. Good luck ladies (: P.S. Must be 36 weeks and up!!!

The spot on the bottom of your big type where it bends the soft spot under the ankle bone on the inside and the roof of your mouth are also great ones to use

I just tried this and I had a terrible cramp and I got freaked out lol I'm gonna stop. Not sure if it's in my head that this works or that it really did

I beleive its technically acuepressure. But diffrent types of acupuncture  work too. There is also another pressure point you can massage on the inside of your leg about four finger width up from your ankle bone!
