Any physical activity that you did before should not affect your chances of conception......Keep us posted...... :o)
not everyone will experience implantation bleeding
Sorry for all the questions, this might be a silly one- but could physical activity (like playing and running around with my dog) prevent or disrupt implantation?
I just thought of another question....I've had aching/pinching in my left ovary since last wednesday-day 10, and I still have it today (I think day 17 now). Is that normal? It went from pinchy to an ache/almost menstrual like cramp on the left side. I don't recall pain for such a long time in previous months.
Thanks again!
Thanks so much for your thoughts! I feel much better now, and will wait and see with my fingers crossed! I'll let you all know :)
You sound like you were actually well within range for conceiving. Seeing a temperature spike means that ovulation has already occurred usually the day before. If this holds true you would have ovulated on day 14 which you used. This is confirmed by day 15 being even more fertile mucus and the mucus thickening up on day 16. Sperm can live for up to 5 days with mucus present with your highest chance of conception being the day before, on, and after ovulation.(egg is only viable for 24 - 48 hours) So if you ovulated on day 14 or 15 and you had sex on day 12 and 14 you should have as high a chance of conception as you would under and other circumstance! Good Luck!! And good job watching your cervical mucus and charting temps. That's by far your best bet when compared to calculators that assume everything will be "textbook".
It took us 5 months to conceive the 1st time (ended in miscarriage) and then 3 months this time (I'm 39 weeks, 4 days today)......My experience......(and everyone is different) was that my CM differed every month...some months I didn't even notice any......So I used babymed and BD'd EVERY day that it said I might be fertile....sometimes 2x a day......I was on a mission! Mind you, I only used this approach when trying the 2nd time and it pretty much worked right off being my cycles were irregular for 2 months after I had a D&C for the miscarriage.......Sperm can live in the right environment for 48 hours......Also, if you haven't already tried, I used the Ovulation Predictor Tests as well...they aren't 100% accurate but they sort of helped me figure out when I might be close to ovulation......BEST OF LUCK!!!!
