Aww! A couple weeks ago, when I was about 18 weeks, i had only felt flutters once or twice. Well when daddy came over to visit finally, as soon as he got there he kissed me and then lifted up my shirt and kissed my belly a bunch of times, and my baby was moving like crazy! I'm like "he/she moves around for you, but not for me!" It was cute lol :)
awww this is so cute :) I'm only 19+4 with my first and only 2 days ago my boyfriend felt our baby kick
Of course not. When our guys get super into their babies why would we stop them lol. I feel bad for them sometimes because they don't get to feel the baby the way we do, but it just makes it more special when they do get to experience their child in the womb. My hubby was laying his head on my belly and got kicked in the head. It's his favorite story to tell people.
that's awesome!! After he realized he could hear him, he constantly wanted to listen to my belly :) didnt bother me at all! Lol
So cute! You can definitely hear the babies heartbeat after you are so far a long. My hubby can, he is a drummer and can't pretty much tell me about what her heartbeat is too :)
I have been fortunate enough to hear our little girls heartbeat! It was early in the morning I put my head up to my wife's stomach and heard a VERY distinct difference between my wife's heartbeat and our daughters heartbeat. It's absolutely possible!
@babyboy111 yeah you can lol..and I didn't say I heard it, I can't hear it bc I can't put my head on my stomach, my husband however can put his head on my stomach, and he had his ear right where our son is and you can tell the difference between the speed of my pulse/heartbeat and the speed of my babys heart beating. Its def possible after you're so far along :)
Your hubby/so can also hear baby move..my hubby says it sounds like alot of swishing lol. He has heard the babys heart beat also..he says its alot faster then mine that's how he can tell the difference. I'm 29+ 2
I been able ta hear/feel my babys heartbeat since around 20 weeks. Guess its different 4 every1
They have me a bunch of magazines at my first OB appt and that was in one of them...
hmm i never knew that! interesting!
Yeah it might be possible. I have an electronic microphone thing that you can put over your stomach and wear headphones and you can find the baby's heartbeat...it is really hard to get it right, but if the baby has its back up against the front of the outside of your stomach why wouldn't it work?
Back before the doppler was invented doctors used a special stethoscope called a fetoscope or something like that. Google it.
Reguardless very sweet story :-)
um...ok iv never heard of that tho...im 27 weeks and i cant hear mine lol
Yeah you can. Like 25 weeks and up., says so in this app on my phone.
um sorry to be buzz kill hunny u cant hear your babys heartbeat.....it was your pulse through your stomach there is no way...
It really is! This is our first and when I try to get him to feel our son move & kick, he doesn't really show a lot of "emotions" but tonight he did! It was great!! I'm only 25 weeks so the kicks are just now becoming steady and regular lol
Aawwww :) I love moments like that!!! Really does make u feel special!
My hubby will sit for ever and watch my tummy move he gets a giggle when our son moves alot he loves feeling him. This is or first baby so its all new for us
That's adorable :) my hubby was kissing my belly and on the third and final one, our little boy kicked him right in the mouth! That was the first time he could really feel him too lol. He couldn't stop smiling and i couldn't stop laughing...truly amazing when our men get as excited about all this as we are :)
Aaaawe OMG That Is Adorable!!!
