How do you know when it's your mucus plug you've lost? I have discharge everyday so how do you know if it's discharge or mucus plug? And when does it usual happen?
I'm 30 weeks so starting to get paranoid about these things lol

Hi. It was very obvious when it happened to me while going to the bathroom. It was a small handful of bloody tissue. I was like oh this is what they were talking about. And actually started having contractions every 10 minutes 24 hours later then delivered natural 12 hours after that. It's nothing to be scared of. I took it as this is time to go get the last few things I needed to wash baby clothes, cleaned and when I was having contractions every 6 minutes I went to the hospital. I was dialated to 7. Everyone is different. That was when I was 21. Now at 37 if done again id take the pain meds if I need to. My twin sister has two kids and never lost it or didnt notice.
