Myth or not Myth About TTC and STRESSors

Getting preggo and being stressed.

I dont no how many times i have heard, dont try just go with the flow and it will happen.  If you are stressed it wont happen.

Now i no, there are some women who have been stressed and had stressors going on in there life and got preggo.

Are there any ladies who got BFP's and was worried about ttc or about anything is.

Im just trying to see, how big of a difference does it make, and i cant really find anything online that says stressing will make you not conceive, i have found that stress can cause you to ovulate late.  Any suggestions on anything you ladies no or read up on.

yes stress can affect not to conceive if you are not that much fertile. some ladies are too much fertile on those these kinds factor doesnt affect at all. i tried to concieve for a year. i got prengnant in 12th month of ttc without having any fertility problem. yes i didnt not use to work. when i started work withinn 3 motn i got pregnant. just go with the flow. dont get styress. iand dont think abt bay when u r doing inter*****. i know its very hard not to think. try to keep busy urself. do deep breath for 5 min after having sex. use ovulation predictor ( u meight using) once u get positive do  sex alternate days.
you can use some candles and soft music to creat soothing envoironment at bed time.

Stress releases a chemical in your body which will cause you to miss ovulation or ovulate late. Your entire cycle is based on hormonal changes and stress will greatly affect that.

The cycle we stopped trying... and I meaned STOPPED is the one we got pregnant in. After 13 long months of trying. I decided to move on with my life and started focusing on my business and weight loss.

Stress can delay or even prevent ovulation so yes, it can effect ttc.

I think it depends on the person.  Stress does change your hormones, delay it, make AF come faster...But not everyone works the same way.
In the end you'd be better off regardless not stressing about it.

This month I got my bfp, I did ttc but I also said to myself that if it doesn't work out, Oh well I'll just keep trying.  I mean, I wanted to get pregnant, but I gave up expecting to get pregnant...you know what I mean?  It gets frustrating if you expect it.
