OT AF and horrible headaches!
I havnt had a normal peroid in 2 months until the last few days! When it came it came with fury! It has been horrible and heavy. I have noticed I am getting horrible headaches that go from the front of my head to the top of my head and they throb! Does anyone else get these awful headaches during AF! What helps to get rid of them! Im at a loss!
UGH! Sorry, I was wondering if you ever got AF or a BFP. Sorry to hear AF showed her ugly head:-( For headaches I usually take some advil and lay down. DH knows the pressure points on your hands and usually that helps too. I hope you feel better soon!
I get bad headaches out of no where. The best thing for me is drinking a ton of water and laying in a dark room for awhile. I usually fall asleep for a little bit and by the time I wake it's a lot better.
