OT: Caffiene makes my ovaries hurt?!

Lol! yes I'm being serious... Am I crazy? When I drink too much pop in one day (like more than one tall glass), I get a pain where I believe (but not 100% certain) my ovaries should be.. It happens with coffee too. But this doesn't always happen.. Am I just nuts? It's about an inch inward from my hip bone and up a little bit. although I'm also getting a little pain a little bit higher right now. I know how weird this is but just curious if anyone had any idea about this? Maybe it's my kidneys? How far apart are they and can anyone give me any better idea about what this might be or where my kidneys and ovaries are? Do you think I have some sort of reaction to caffiene?

OUCH!  I have actually had them that bad too....made me so afraid of sex after them...LOL!  But it actually took my body a while to recover from them.  You might want to get checked out for a uti...btw, caffiene will always irritate it if you have one.  Or just try drinking a bunch of water over the weekend and see if it gets better.  You may just be dehydrated.  
This is sorta bad and people may be against this, but I had my doc prescribe me a bunch of antibiotics because I would get uti's everytime after sex...even if I cleaned before and after.  The first sign of me getting one I would pop an antibiotic...soon I just stopped having them.  So I dont need the antibiotics anymore.

Well I feel it in both places. It started out in my "ovaries", both sides.. and now it's more in my left kidney, I believe. I feel the back pain now also. I never had a problem before, I once got a bladder infection so bad I was peeing tomato juice!! (sorry tmi..lol) but it was basically all blood and clots it was AWFUL. my kidneys I think got infected but my mom never took me back to the doctor and I was taking my antibiotics and it sort of just went away.. Makes me wonder if I should worry about it?.. hmm

That is funny!  Dont know if I have had that.  You know if could definitely be your kidneys.  I know when I would get a lot of uti's I had to drink more water...when I would drink sugary drinks I would feel my kidneys ache, however it was more of a really bad back pain for me.  Not in the front.  So I guess to answer your question on location, ovary pain would be more in the front or side just above hip bones, kidneys are in the back...again just above hip bones, but a little more in by the spine.
Maybe try to drink more water if you are going to have a caffiene drink.
