Ok, I'm soo not pregnant! I need someone to convince me otherwise :P

Question

Ok so, I'm about 10 days from AF and I've been trying to get pregnant this time but for some reason it doesn't feel like I will be.
Last time I was pregnant (when I m/c) I had the weirdest symptoms:
Metallic taste, sore bbs, felt like flu for a day, gassy, HOT all the time specially in the morning, peeing often, sleeping great, soft cervix. All around a week prior to af.
Now, nothing, mildly warmer in the morning, bbs are great not sore at all or getting bigger, cervix is hard, I've been sleeping great. So I'm definintely expecting AF which is not the end of the world since I will be traveling and workign on my house BUT i wanted it to hapen as soon as possible after the m/c.
is there a chance I could be pregnant with my current symptoms?

mumita, just to let you know all pregnancies are not the same & just bc you have no symptoms doesn't mean you aren't pregnant. give it time it will happen. Keep the faith, it will work out.

Currently, I have been having MAJOR nausea since I turned 6 weeks.  I also have sore bb's on and off.  But when I m/c'd before I didn't have any symptoms other than mild constant cramping (which I had this time also from about 4-6 weeks).  So I think every pregnancy is different.  I also started getting the sore bb's and cramping 2 days before AF was due.  But, I have also gotten sore bb's and it was just PMS.  Try not to think too much into it because it might end up disappointing you.  Plus, since you just had a m/c your period might not come "on time".  So if you get a BFN I would wait it out and see if your period comes.  My OBGYN said to expect it within 6-8 (after my natural complete miscarriage) and it came 8 weeks after.  Good Luck though!

I'm 19 dpo and keep getting bfns so I did a little research on the cervical position and how  firmness and basically it is not a good way to judge whether you are prego or not...it said that it can be lower or higher depending on the time of day, and vary from day to day and that some women's cervix doesn't lower/soften  at the same point in pregnancy as other women so its really not a good indicator...wish it was!  Try to relax, ttc after a mc is hard but if you aren't relaxed you will be making things more difficult on yourself.  Good luck!

Yes, the 2ww is horrible! I had 2 girls, and did not feel any symptoms at all until I was atleast a couple weeks late. And my late period is the only reason I tested. I had one M/C years ago at 8 wks and also had no symptoms. Then last month I found out I was pregnant again and had CRAZY symptoms that started days after conceiving - incredibly sore bbs, peeing constantly, and extremely tired. So there's no set standard for how you will feel! I hope you get your BFP!

mumita- i know how you feel, after having 2 MC's it feels like something was stolen from you and the only ay to fix it is to have a healthy pregnancy, but don't drive yourself nutz.  breath and test when the time feels right.

I had two miscarriages and with both of those pregnancies I could tell a week before I tested. I just had a my first baby a month ago (3rd pregnancy) and I had no symptoms at all until I was six or seven weeks pregnant. So with my successful pregnancy, I didn't feel any different at all. I was scared because I figured my hormones must be worse than the first two pregnancies but everything was great!

I just wanted to say that with this pregnancy and the one prior I was absolutley in denial of any symptoms and tottally convinced myself I wasn't pregnant until I got the positive. Beleive me there have been a ton of months that I was 100% sure I was and turned out to be wrong. So it may be your bodies way of preparing for what may or may not be, our minds are such a powerful thing at times I find it hard to believe that I wasn't pregnant when I thought I was and was pregnant when I was adamant that I wasn't. Thank you all.  I just hate the 2ww, I just want my boobs to start flashing in neon colors telling me whether I'm pregnant or not.  That wuold be awesome.  so I guess my "symptoms" last time could have been just a coincidence.  I hope I'm pregnant it really ***** emotionally to ttc after a m/c, It's like unfinished business.  I want it to happen now!  
BTW what's up with the cervix whether its hard or soft, what does it mean?

Mumita, every pregnancy is different.  Just because you had certain symptoms last time doesn't mean you will have them this time.  Have patience, it will happen again for you, maybe not this month but it will happen.

I have not actually ever ttc.  But I've had 5 kids and I don't start getting symptoms until I'm around 6 weeks.  With my last one, I found out the first day of my missed period just on a whim.  I just took a test not thinking I would be pregnant.  Well, I got BFP before I even had my pants buttoned.  But I didn't start getting symptoms for about another 2 weeks.  I was so thankful, because I get m/s really bad when I am pregnant.  Sure enough, once I hit that 6 week mark, in came the m/s!!!

you need to relax.  every pregnancy is different.  i had no symtpoms at all the first 2 times.  now with this pregnancy, so far so good, the only thing is for no reason at all, i threw up twice the day i got a bfp before i took the test.  now that i am pregnant i have symptoms galore, but not prior to.  just stay calm and it will happen: SSBD your way.

I have personally seen over the time i have spent on this forum that everyone experiences symptoms at different points after ovulation. Some get symptoms really early others get them a bit further on etc... I am due to get AF 18th July but for the last 2 days my boobs have become really sore yet i am sure me and the other half missed my fertile days this month as we have been so busy yet my boobs are hurting 11-13 days before my AF is due normally its around 7 days before they start to get heavy and hurt! Everyone is different so i would just say to you to keep a note on the symptoms you are having and when they start so if you dont get your BFP this month next month when you start to get symptoms you can see if it was earlier or latter than last month.

mostly NOONE has symtoms thats soon over ovulation especially 4 days. so even if you were pregnant you wouldnt be feeling symptoms right after ovulation

I know what you are saying, but last time when I was pregnant I had symptoms right away like 4 days after O, it could have been coincidental but boobs started hurting right away, so I don't know if its like that always. I don't have sore boobs at all and the slightly warmer I meant in body temperature not boobs.

as for your question....you shouldnt judge if your pregnant or not on symptoms.

most women dont get pregnancy symptoms before there expected/missed period. you said basically nothing. slightly warmer boobs, cervix is hard, and youve been sleeping great.

not all women have many symptoms anyways but mostly everyone has sore boobs or nipples. i couldnt tell you if your cervix is a sign or not becuase i dont stick my finger up and check mine and never did so i dont really kno what is supposed to fel like.

but no1 will be able to tel you if your pregnant. besdies you just gave us "symptoms". your expecting af so your just going to have to wait until then.
