Period for 2 days stoped for 24 hrs ? HELP

Hello ,
So i have never wrote on anything like this before but i need someone to ask.
I was on birth control for 3 yrs . And recently have got off it due to problems and side affects i was having .
My 1st  two periods were normal which i was skeptical about because i have been on B.c for a few years .
But 2 days ago I started my period . I was glad because me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex .It stoped for about 24hrs and today my blood has been a brown color . Could i be pregnant ?  Or is my body still getting use to me not being on birth control? Or maybe my uterus is laying weird and stopping flow?

that was how my "period" was before i found out i was pregnant.  i started bleeding/spotting like i always do in the beginning, and the next day it was over by noon.  i had a feeling i was pregnant but i had other health problems and ignored it and assumed it was that. 2 weeks later i found out i was expecting.
