Plan B Side Effect or Pregnant?

I took plan B last month 6 days before my period. I started as usual. This month, I started later than usual, and now it's really light, which is abnormal for me and have been having pains like cramping for about three days. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Is this still a side effect of plan B? Could I be pregnant? Or is something really wrong?

Thanks. This is also my third time having taken it within the past 10 months. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I keep telling myself it's just plan b. I keep finding the worst results online like it's a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. I hope it's just plan B. Thanks for responding. :-)

Plan b can really mess with your cycle. It can make your period early, late, heavier or lighter. If you have any type of bleeding though and a negative test I think its safe to say you aren't pregnant. When I got pregnant after having taken Plan B I didn't spot or bleed at all and I showed up on a pregnancy test within seconds.
