Pregnancy remorse

I am 10 weeks pregnant and my hormones are CRAZY!!!! It was a surprise when my boyfriend and I found out that we were having a baby.  He is excited about it, but unfortunately I have mixed emotions.  In the past year I relocated across the country for his job, left my family, and I am still adjusting to our new location.  I often times feel like I am alone because I have no family/friends here.  My boyfriend does not understand why I feel like this and he doesn't get the fact that my hormones are going nuts on top of everything else.  Is it normal to feel this way and if so, when does it end??

It's normal, but no idea if/when it ends. Ours was a surprise too.

It is normal to have crazy emotions, crying for no reason, etc. Even though my son was unexpected as I still had 2.5 years of college left and was only 19, I was very excited. Some women take longer for the joy to set in, especially if they have other stress in their life. I hope your boyfriend becomes more understanding, maybe reading a pregnancy book with you would help?
