That could be your period. Honestly Im not too familiar with all the details of PCO. If you get periods, even irregular ones I dont see why you couldnt get pregnant. It is possible that you are but if your periods are irregular then it would be impossible to give you any answer with confidence. The best way to find out is to go pick up a cheep pregnancy test. If you arent, my thought would be to use an ovulation kit to help you determine when you are ovulating. If youre periods are irregular then it could be hard to determine when to try and get pregnant.

Hi.. i have an irregular periods suffering from PCOs last month 12th i got my period cycle it was dark brown in color (3-4 Days).. is it a period cycle???  this month i didnt get my period cycle could i be pregnant???? Please clarify my doubt....

oh i misread that. Have you gotten a period before? Because if you havnt then no you cant get pregnant. If you have and your on some type of birth control that take your period away. Then yes there is a chance you can get pregnant

Woman can get periods when pregnant some women get it.. But as doctors state they are not considered as periods but just spotting. Alot of women can confuse spotting with a period as they are similar.

Just to be sure I understand you, you have never had a period? If that is the case I'm not sure. I would talk to a doctor to get advice for you particular situation.
