HELLO GIRL.IVE JUST GOT A QUICK QUESTION.CAN YOU OVULATE RIGHT AFTER YOUR PERIOD.

Hi there. I have really wacky cycle lengths, anywhere from 21-28 days. I had sex on day six after the first day of my LMP, and got pregnant. My period was only 3-4 days. It is possible that the sperm lived for a day or two, but I am now 6 months along!

you can if your cycle is 21 days for instance you would ovulate cd8 onwards,so if your period last 7 days then yes,not very common though.

If I'm having these symptoms while I'm on af.. that would be soo screwy!! But, if it's plain ol' af I'm gonna try to "not try this month" if that makes any sense.
Just be close to him and see if I get pregnant this time.

I HAD A M/C AND A D&C ON THE 31/1/08 DUE TO BLIGHTEN OVUM.DOCTOR TOLD ME TO WAIT 2 CYCLES WHICH I DID AND I WANT TO GET PREGNANT AGAIN .WE HAVE JUST STARTED TO TRY WITH MY DH.AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU CAN OVULATE THE DAY AFTER YOUR PERIOD STOPS.

well I've heard You can if your period lasts longer than usual. The day you ovulate doesn't have anything to do with how long your period lasts, but when it starts. Also, some women have such irregular periods that they can ovulate at any time. But, who knows? I wouldn't think so but everyones different.Let some of these ladies help you.. Because I'm a bit clueless on Ovulation myself.

I suppose its possible if you have a very irregular cycle... however most people ovulate about 10-14 days after the first day of their period.

what do you mean right after? The day it stops? The DAY after? Or 12-14 days after?
