Depends on how far along you are if you're in the first trimester it's ok to take light pain med or non drowsy allergy meds i just asked my Dr and he said it's ok. As far as being further along i don't know. Non drowsy meds are the waaay to go though

I'm allergic to Tylenol so if I got so sick I couldn't bare it I would take Benadryl to pass out
I was always sinus for 2 days then a nasty cough for 5 lol So the sinus never bothered my that much.
I don't have a cough, but thank you now I'll know just in case I do develop a cough with this nasty mess!
I've never even heard of tylenol sinus so thank you, I hate taking medicine but don't want to risk getting worse being pregnant.
My cough was worse than my sinuses, so I was taking Robitussin or Buckley's for my cough...
Tylenol products for sure, even Tylenol sinus... My dr allows patients to take Zyrtec too
Thank you now that you said that I remember my piece of paper with safe medications said benedryl if your having insomnia, & since its for those symptoms I'm sure it can't hurt to try it.
I didn't take anything so I can't help you :(
My doctor told me I could take tylenol PM so I'm assuming any product similar would be safe... ?? I'm not 100% sure though so I'm going to BUMP your question :D
