Scared. 1st Pregnancy

My first pregnancy. I had my first appointment Monday. I believe everything went well. HR 160 bpm but I am terrified of having a miscarriage. I don't know if I will have one not knowing. I'm trying not to stress and think about the possibilities its just that everyone keeps mentioning it. My next appointment isn't until August 6th.

Its natural to be freaked out cus its your first baby . This is my first baby & I remember I went to the hospital for discomfort & they couldnt find my babys heartbeat. I cried immediately but turns out she was just playing hide n seek in there lol . Stay positive . If you eat right & take your prenatals you'll be fine (:

I was the same way. Hell I still am! and I'm 35 weeks. But, I concentrated on what was good for me and baby and suck to it. I noticed I got very up tight and cranky. So I loosened up a bit and I can actually feel the difference in my baby. He's happier himself!!!

Don't worry so much..just make sure that.you drink plenty of water...rest as much as you can and try to eat healthy....this is my first pregnancy and I was a worried mess....your baby has a really strong heartbeat and that's a good thing....yes there are possibilities of.miscarriage but don't just focus on the bad...just make sure and stay stress free...and take your vitamins...congrats :)
