Hey ladies. I got a question. It seems kinda dumb. I been trying to get pregnant n I heard that if u have sex everyday it's bad for u if ur ttc my hubby works late every night n we only have sex when he gets home so we have sex like every night not just ttc but because we are sexually active. Should I stop having sex so much? I been taking prenatal vitamins n I should be ovulating any day n don't want to mess anything up

Depends on when you ovulate and your cycle lengths. As the previous poster said, every other day is best. You also need to remember a couple only has a 20% chance of conception every month and it can take upwards of 2 years to get pregnant.

They say its recommended to do it every other day just so it gives his sperm time to build up so you have a better chance. Although everyday is not a bad thing. Me and my hubby are the same way and are now expecting! Good luck!
