Should I be worried ?

Yesterday I went to the hospital because I thought I had a stomach bug, I had diarrhea and throwing up for over 12hrs and nothing would stay down. I was at the hospital for 5hrs they wanted to keep me overnight but I disagreed and went home. I turned out being dehydrated, they gave me 2 IVs and 3 medications. The Dr said my heart rate was 163 and the baby's 113 and the baby wasn't moving as much as he should been. The Dr says he dont wanna tell me much because he dont wanna scare me? So he gave me a medicine that knocked me out and sent me home. This morning he had me go in for another ultrasound and to check on his heart rate and movement. BUT the Dr wasn't there cause hes on call so it was just his assistant. She said she'd call him and he'd call me ASAP but I haven't gotten a call and its been 4hrs? The assistant said his rate went up a little bit but he's not moving and I'm not having contractions but to stay off of my feet but she said it dont matter what she says cause it goes back to what the Dr has to say. But he still hasn't called me. What if the baby's heart rate doesn't stay up or he continues not to move then what? What I my heart rate stays high? I'm getting frustrated because no one will give answers this is exactly why I didnt wanna stay at the hospital. All I get told is "I dont wanna scare you"
I would like an honest truth whether it scares me or not!

I would be very worried that they are withholding information about your babies health. You have a legal right to that information. You need to get a second opinion asap. Request a new Dr. Visit a different hospital even if it's a little further. I am so sorry they are putting you through this. There has to be a Dr somewhere that cares enough to walk you through this
