U need to take a test but could just keep in mind if iits negative it could b too early to tell so u will have to retest if period is late. They sound like signs of being pregnant but also hard to say because period symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms.  I personally had cramping on both sides not one and im pregant but doesnt mean ur not pregnant everyone is dif. Just be careful about cramping on one side cus theres a possibility it could be an ectopic pregnancy.  Sorry dont mean to freak u out cus it might not mean that everyones dif. Just saying be careful and of it gets really painful go straight to er or a dr just to get urself checked out to make sure as they are very dangerous. Take care
