Symptoms

I'm 8w2d and for the past 3 days I have been feeling really good.. No more feeling as though I'm going to puke when I look at food, no more feeling as though I could fall asleep every second. My boobs aren't really sore anymore.. I don't know if this is normal, are my symptoms easing off or is there something wrong with my baby ? Its my first time and I'm just scared..

It is always scary when symptoms start to fade because that does tend to happen when people have missed miscarriages or blighted ovum.  Have you had an ultrasound yet?

But on another note, symptoms can come and go...  I didnt get an ultrasound until 13 weeks with this pregnancy as they dont do them before 12 weeks here.. My first pregnancy was a blighted ovum, which was diagnosed at 12 weeks..  My symptoms during that pregnancy started to fade around 10 weeks but I still threw up the day before my ultrasound and had some symptoms right up until my d&c.....  So of course this pregnancy, I was freaking out because I just wanted everything to be okay and had to wait until 13 weeks to see that there was a baby... WHen I was 6 weeks pregnant, I puked a couple times, and had some tiredness but never did my boobs hurt (they actually hurt alot more in the 3rd trimester now than they did back then)....  At my 8 week doctors appointment, I started crying because I felt like something had to be wrong because I felt way too good.. there was no way I could feel this good.... I had no puked since 6.5 weeks, I was not tired, boobs did not hurt....  My doctor didnt do much to reassure me just that he would od the referral for the ultrasound for 12 weeks...  well oddly enough by 9 weeks, I was tired and puked almost everyday until 11 1/2 weeks.... But even then there was acouple periods in there where for 3-4 days, I would have no symptoms again...

So they definitely can come and go but i can see where your fear is coming from.. it is hard..  but you know some people have hardly any symptoms there entire pregnancy and sitll turn out healthy babies
