Two questions

Is it normal to be 5 weeks and have cramping, I had a little brown blood this morning when I wiped but nothing since so I don't know if I should be worried or not.  And I went to my first appointment and idk if I should change doctors, my doctor didn't give me a list of what to eat and what not to eat, he said tey don't do ultrasounds at that building and he seemed really detached.  Are they suposed to give me advice and should I switch?

I would switch doctors. My doctor does an ultrasound every time I go in. I'm also high risk though. When I was 6 weeks I had a lot of bleeding like a super heavy period and they said I miscarried but my doctor wanted me to come in anyways. She checked my hormone levels and did an ultrasound turned out everything was fine, but they couldn't explain the bleeding. I'm almost 13 weeks and my baby is growing and is healthy and has a strong heartbeat and my hormones continue to rise. Its still good to tell your doctor though.

The cramping could be your muscles expanding.

I had cramps around that time also and I think ultra sound are really done from 8weeks up, but I did get one before that cus I was having cramps and that was when I found out I was pregnant.  Cramps are normal but if it because too painful you should see a doc

I'd change doctors. Im 12 weeks and i still get cramps. Spotting is normal and some women get it right throughout prenancy. I had cramps right from the beginning till recently. I still get them on the odd occasion. And i know a couple of women who got them throughout their whole pregnancy as well. Change doctors and get further medical advise i reckon
