Thanks for the replay :)
My doctor didnt seem concern about the -2 cm and she said it doesnt really tell anything since she need to take another measurment in 4 weeks and compare.
My last u/s was 4 weeks ago and everything seemed fine. The next one however is in 2 weeks.
I read that some doctors dont even measure the uterus height before 20 weeks. However,I did hear the baby's hb.It took her more time than usually but it was there and she said it sounds nice.It wasnt at the same spot where we usually get to hear it.
Assuming that this is your first baby (and even if its not), it is completely normal to not feel movement until 20 weeks or so. As far as measuring small for dates, did you OB seem concerned? If not I wouldn't worry too much, I know that I never measured right on in my pregnancies I was always a week or so behind or ahead. Measurements depend a lot on not only the size of the baby, but also your fluid levels and how the baby is lying along with several other factors. For me it seemed like it was always changing. If you are really worried still maybe talk to your doc about getting an u/s done (I think most do a routine scan sometime between 18-20 weeks anyway) Did you at least get to listed to the baby's heart rate for reassurance?
