What could this be?

The past two days I have been having pain in my lower abdomen to my groin. Its not down on the floor begging for pain meds or go to ER type pain. Its just a sharp pain. Also lately I have had the sudden urge to sleep on my stomach. This is weird for me because I always sleep on my back or side(mostly side). What could be the cause of this?

my last period was on may 6. no i dont have to pee frequently and it doesnt hurt or burn. i had a uti a while ago but i got antibiotics for it and got rid of it. is it possible for it to come back?

When was your last period? Do you have the urge to pee frequently? Does it burn or hurt when you pee?

there are a lot of things that can cause what you describe...premenstrual cramps or a UTI come to mind...
