When did I ovulate

I have a question for you?  This is what happened I had relations with my husband on Oct. 28 and  then on the 29th I had some mucus that came out of me in the evening very wet and slippery.  The whole time I have been checking my fertility with the clear blue easy fertility monitor and it is high at this point. Then on Friday still a little mucusy, but not as much as Thursday then on Saturday morning I took the test and it read that I am ovulating or going to ovulate not sure, I also took one of those line tests and both lines were bright.  So We had relations that night and I felt again that I was wet.  Then on Sunday I was too late to take the test so it just registered as ovulating, but I took one of the clear blue easy smiley faces kit and it did not show that I was.  So now today is Monday and my mucus is tacky.  So when did I ovulate and am I going to or did I before.  The test doesn't seem right.  Did I have relations at the right time?  (I don't understand all of the slang terms.  Would someone mind telling me what it means).  Thank You for listening!

I am usually irregular.  But this month I actually had a period the week of October 11 for the whole week,  but on my ovulation kit I ovulated on day 20 that is when the the digital kit said I ovulated.  So maybe if what you are saying on day 14 I may have ovulated before the kit told me.  So basically my period is either every 40-60 days on average.  It used to be I would not only have a period the month of Decemeber and the month of July.  I conceived both of my children in July.  This one seemed right on track. Any thoughts would be gladly appreciated.

I can't answer for you but to help one of the other ladies answer you you probably need to say what the first day of your last period was, and how long your cycle usually lasts (how many days from first day of period to first day of next period is your cycle length), and when you would expect your next period. The ladies here can help you figure out when your ovulation time would be from that, since I understand the ovulation predictors can be a little fuzzy at times. But from what I understand, you ovulate on average 14 days before the start of your period...
