Who has had multiple mc and gone onto to have healthy pregnancy? Need Encouragement

I just experienced my second m/c. It was my first and second pregnancy and having 2 m/c's in a row of course I'm terrified that I'll never have kids.

So if you've had multiple miscarraiges and have gone on to have beautiful children it would be great to hear from you.

Both of my m/c's were early at 4 weeks. Please tell me there is hope!!!!

I've had 2 m/c's and my OB was the one that wanted me to get tested, because usually they won't until you've had 3.  So, I spent 8 months with an RE and I'm now 16w3d pregnant with a boy!  There is hope, but you do need to get checked and make sure there aren't any problems.  My first m/c was just a fluke, but not my second.  Good luck to you!

it is possible and i wish you the best of luck i know many ppl who have had 2-3 m/c's and had healthy babies. i lost 2 pregnancies in 7 months. one at 8 wks one at 21wks, i was diagnosed with an incompatent cervix in march when i lost the twins i had a cerclage put in and now i'm doing great at 18 and a half wks. and so far no problems at all.

I had a healthy full term pregnancy and two years later suffered two m/c's in five months one at 12 weeks and one at 8 weeks. We went through all the testing and nothing was ever found so they suggested to try folic acid and a baby aspirin to help sustain a future pregnancy little did we know we were already pregnant and now are 31 weeks with twin boys. I always took prenatals while trying to conceive but you may want to ask your OB about the folic acid and baby aspirin - I am on 5mg of folic acid. i have had 3 m/c's one at 8 weeks one at 5wks and one at 6-7 weeks after my 3rd i fell pregnant agen 8 weeks later and now im 30 weeks pregnant with a beautiful baby girl! the drs never gave me any inverstergations but i took multi-vits for pregancey and 75mgs of asprine befor i concived and am still taking it now untill i reach 34 weeks my partner also took vits, talk to your dr 1st but asprine def worked for me!

i think im going through my 5th miscarriage in 13 months!!!!! so lady make sure YOU GET TESTED ASAP! DONT WAIT DEMAND THAT YOU GET TESTED good luck honey!! xxxxx fingers and toes crossed for you

I know someone who had so many miscarriages that I don't even know how many. She eventually had twin boys a couple of  years ago. Also, I have a SIL who had many miscarriages and they now have a daughter!

Don't give up hope! Make sure your doctor does some testing to see what may be going on. It could be a blood clotting disorder, progesterone problem, etc. Good luck, sweetie!

there is hope.  i had 2 MC's in 5 months.  One at 11 weeks and the otehr at 8 weeks.  i thought i was doomed.  I had lots of testing done and nothing was wrong.  then within 3 months of my 2nd MC, i got pregnant again.  i am now 29 weeks along and expecting my first baby 2/23/09.  all is great.  hang in there, it will happen.  

i would aks the doctor to run a progesterone test and make sure you do not have a common blood clotting disorder that can cause MC's.

i had 3mc then got pregnant a year later, wanted to give my body time to get back to normal,(after having 3 in a year time) then i found out i was preg. on me and my husbands 3year anniversery. and now we have a beautifull baby girl. "handfull little brat" my little princess that gets into everything. WOULD NOT trade her in for the world. BUT i would go get blood work done for you and your man. it could be genitic(sp?) that is what happend to us. we had to go se a genitic councler, and come to find out i have a blood clotting dissorder. so dont ever give up hope. at least you know you can get pregnant that is one of the hardest parts.  good luck

yes there is. one of my frd had 3 m/s and she gave birth wonderful two sons after that.did the doctor found the reason of m/s?she needed full bedrest though
