Any mommas out there experiencing severe nasal congestion? This is my 5th pregnancy and the first time I've had to deal with it!  I have to have tissues and nose spray in hand all day long since getting pregnant 4 months ago. Any recommendations?

Glad im not alone! My Dr.told me it was safe to use afrin. I've been through 9 bottles in 4 months. Now im addicted to it, and i dont know what to do. If I dont take it, I can't eat or drink bc i gasping for air!

I've had this problem for a while now and I'm 10 wks and 5 days. I've been using vicks to help and my ears feel like there shut closed but I still can hear. Its very irriatating it driving me nuts.

Ask about flonase spray. I get horrible allergies and congestion and it works wonders for me

I was sicker than poo last week. I took one Benadryl and just suffered it out. I still have a cough, but no runny nose or anything else.

Yes I did around 15 weeks! My doctor tells me to take benadryl when this happens. She tells me only take half a pill tho.

It helps believe it or not.

Yes I have and because my nose is so clogged it makes my ears close to.

I've been the same but also struggling to breathe through my mouth too... I've found vapour rub works a treat at night time though... Rub it on your back and chest and it clears you right up :) x

Mucinex helps and you can take it while pregnant.  I had this with both pregnancies

Yea you can use a saline nose spray. And I've been so congested with a cold and vicks rub helps so much at night

Yess me to i caint even sleep at night its so frustrating but i didnt knoe we can use nasal sprays..

Yes!! I haven't found anything that helps though. But I seriously feel like my sinuses are full of cement.
