I've been having a lot of discomfort since last night like something pinching me inside my stomach and like stretching now my lower abdomenen hurts n my left hip hurts now too is that normal im 16 weeks today
Its normal its ur muscle stretching. It doesn't get much better from here on out. Drink plenty of water and take a warm bath it helps
