I have it constantly, no matter what I eat. Even if I was to eat just bread and butter I get it. But I do have a hiatal hernia and a history of acid reflux. I was on meds before I got pregnant for it and they took me off as soon as I concieved. I have suffered everyday in agony since. It comes up my throat and sometimes I get sick becuz of it. I can actually feel myself burning which I know can’t be good. I went to the hospital and they gave me Zantac for one week to ease it becuz I was having trouble eating but its actually come back worse. I have decided I’m going to go the hospital again and try get more help becuz I cant stay like this for another 19 weeks. And for you I would suggest no spicy food and try some gaviscon, I carry a bottle of it every where I go
