always have a uti?

So I keep getting uti's. Everytime I finish my antibiotics, it seems like im getting another uti. Like I just finished medicine two days ago and now I have a feeling I have another by the pain and the smell(tmi, I know).
Im 29+3 and I hear uti's can cause you to go into preterm labor.
Has this happened to anyone else before?

You night want to get your partner to get checked as well since uti can be spread and especially since your pregnant. Make sure you are urinating frequently, and after sex ,keep hydrated.

Rocephin is not nice, you don't want that if you don't need it.

Also have they tried the shot of rocephin? And they can give you a low dose of an antibiotic to keep them from reoccurring.

Idk about a uti causing it but i know if it turns into a kidney infection it can cause preterm labor.
