an actual belly pic at 17 weeks

Question

well ive been hesitant about posting an actual belly pic because im on heparin and my belly is bruised all over the place from the shots...however, i realized that it is so difficult to get an actual idea of how im carrying or see how big my belly really is

sooo....here i am at 17 weeks :)

i cant tell if im carrying high or low...i think im carrying high

any guesses now that you can see my belly as what you think the sex is?

i wish i could remember more of my son's preg...i do recall during his and the one 2 years ago (both boys) my hips hurt...it literally felt like they were spreading apart and if my memory is correct i carried in my hips which i guess would be low

I still think girl. Whether there's scientific basis or not ...I know that for the women in MY family...girls are carried higher and boys lower. It's held true for me with 3 boys and 2 girls so far. We'll see this time.

its just all in excitement...id like to have a baby girl so i have a boy and a girl but if its another boy ill still be happy (for those who dont know...i lost a baby boy at 15 weeks 2 years ago)....healthy baby is really i care about

i just get so excited to closer i get to finding out the sex and i always value others input or guesses as to what they think :)

This is my third pregnancy and I'm hoping for my first girl and ppl who have looked at my pics say that I'm carrying high which according to the wives tale would mean a girl but I'm trying hard not to go by that as so I won't be upset when I actually find out what I'm having.

i think your belly looks like a girl but theres no scientific support for that theory!

I don't even think that there is anything to the wives tale to how you carry. Although I did notice that I carried a lot higher with my boys and Marley is lying really really low. Your belly is so cute =)
