I had this problem with my last pregnancy it was horrible! I couldn't even breathe when I layed down at night I went to the hospital so many times But all they could tell me was that the baby is leaning on my lungs what worked for me Is I slept sitting up but I made it comfortable with pillows and fetal position supresses the pains besides thAt u just have to wait till it goes away but don't worry it only lasts a week or two also try sleeping or laying on your left side which you should do anyway bring pregnant deep breathing in from my nose helps a little too good luck let me know if anything worked
whilst the pain comes the baby dosnt move at all but when the pain has stopped he goes crazy in there more than how he moves daily he has moved since but it frightens me to not no what is going on with me thank you for your reply
Pay attention to baby's position when it happens and see if there is any similarities each time it happens.
Do you notice any movement from the baby around the time it happens? It could be that baby is moving just right so that it presses against your backbone and compresses your lungs. Or baby could be moving one of your ribs out of alignment.
yea am sure cause i have had heartburn and indigestion through the pregnancy to it feels alot diffrent to those its more of a crushing tightening feeling in between my breasts on my chest and in my back
Are you sure it isn't heartburn or indigestion. I got that SOOO bad during my pregnancies especially the last few weeks.
