I had one with my first pregnancy. It caused some bleeding but no harm to baby. They just gave me some medicine and it cleared right up, no big deal. I don't remember them ever saying it could harm baby.

I did and no it can't u should be fine I had a vaginal infection withh a yeast infection on top of it and didn't even know
