If we have a boy we are going with Cavan.  My son is Connor.  I love both of those names.  We are not Irish, just love the names!  I also just read an article that said about 60% of moms/dads have baby name remorse.  So good luck finding one that fits!

I love Ethan - good choice!  That is Connor's middle name.  Liam, Bryce, Kenton also made the short list for us.

if we have a boy, his name will be lincoln.  i also like the names max, seth, benjamin, and wesley...  lincoln was just the only one my husband and i could agree on!  and agreeing on a girl name was even trickier!!!!

I was going to suggest Ethan but seeing as your first already has that name ..... haha that's what we want to name our son if that's what we end up having. What about Carter?

i have always been a fan of jacob/jake, but that is my cousin's name so i didn't want to use it :-(  we have three friends that all recently had baby boys:  chase, nathaniel (they call him nate) and phinian (they call him phin).  another girl on this forum is naming her baby chance and i thought that was a cute name.

my husband said that he wants a strong name too!  many of my choices were "too wussy" according to hubby.  that is why we agreed on lincoln.  benjamin was actually our second choice, oh, and then xavier was third.  we didn't go with ben because that is what i named my car years ago (hehe).  and i liked lincoln more than xavier (my husband thought it would be cool to have the name "x").  oh, another name i liked is my dog's name ashur.
