I'm 30w4d and my belly button ain't quite there yet.
I have an EXTREMELY deep belly button, when I'm not pregnant I can stick my finget in past the first knuckle behind my nail. lol
My belly button won't be an outty till the last few weeks of my pregnancy.
It was the same with my daughter and I'm going at the same rate this time around.
I think of it when my belly button is popped out, the turkey's done. lmao

All women are different.
It depends on your body frame and the depth of your belly button.
In my case, I'm a bit chubby and I got a deep belly button. So I don't get to enjoy my cute popping button for very long like other women. lol

My belly is just now beginning to go "flat" and turn to an outie and I"m 26 weeks. of course normally my belly button is VERY inny so it takes a long time for it to get outie. lol

Its amazing what makes us worry while we are pregnant!!! I cant offer too much advice on the belly button outie as i'm one of the lucky people whose belly button stays an innie even through pregnancy! My guess is tho its probably pretty normal and you dont have anything to worry about, its just as all your internal organs shift around to make room for the baby it will push it out.

I hope this helps!
