braxton hicks

Question for any of you ladies that have also had a c-section, is there any fear of braxton hicks affecting scars from previous c-sections?? I've never gone into labor with my first three c-sections and never had any braxton hicks. I've been getting them this time around..its very unnerving..am I worrying for no reason..braxton hicks aren't as strong as labor contractions, right..bc I've been told there is a big risk of uterine rupture while in labor!!?? Especially now that I've got a lot of scar tissue built up.!!

Im on my 3rd csection and never been in labour either but had really bad braxton hicks last pregnancy and have had them again this pregnancy and both my Dr and hospital know and have never said i should be concerned. they r supposedly no where near as strong as labour contractions. i wouldn't worry hun when u think about it bub kicks quite hard towards the end of pregnancy when there is less room so u would have to be in proper labour for there to be fear of rupture

I felt bhs both of my pregnancies, with my first baby I went into labor on my 42 nd week the morning I was going to be induced, she was breach and wasn't going down so I had a c section, my 2nd I had a planned cs and the doc told me not to worie because your body is preparing you for labor, it just doesn't know you have other plans, but do go to the hospital if you go into labor, God Bless <3

Thanks ladies..;-) its just been so strange feeling them when I never did previously..and I'm only 25 wks...it just makes me wonder how much stronger they may get as I get further along...I was kinda complaining to a friend months ago abt feeling like I've not experienced a true birth since I've never been in labor..maybe I'm getting paid back for complaining..!! Lol..;-)
