breach baby :/ advice.

i am 29 weeks. how many of u ladies have a breach baby? when is a baby even supposed to go into "head down" position. this is my second pregnancy and my son was head down months before he was born. now im starting to panic a tad. my friend is 35 weeks and they scheduled a c section due to breach positioning. when does a baby usually even flip? to me this isnt normal considering my son did not do this! this little girl is stubborn!  i just want a natural smooth delivery without c section :( sounds scary to me and i totaly do not want my birth plan ruined.. maybe some people can tell me when there baby got head down. or ways to maybe make her flip down naturally?? next appoitment is in 2 days then ill know if shes moved since my last appoitment.

Your baby is still small enough and has enough room to move around. There is no need to worry till you are about 33 weeks or so because that is when your baby is starting to not be able to move around as much

My doctor doesn't even worry about it until 37 weeks  baby still has plenty of room to flip flop until then

Spinningbabies.com!! My baby girl was the same way! By doing the exercises on the website I was able to flip her (quite a few times because she kept flipping back!) And had a natural birth. You can do it! Just do them every day! The two I was diligent about was one where you lie on your back and have a thick pillow under your hips for 15 minutes 2 to 3 times a day. And the other I found was super successful was kneeling on my bed/couch (something 1 to 2 feet off the ground) and placing my hands or elbows on the floor so I was kind of doing a lazy handstand for as long as I could handle it. Both times my daughter flipped to head down I was in this position. There is also acupuncture which I hear is pretty  successful. Also apparently 25% of all babies are breech at this stage, so it's possible she may just flip on her own. But it doesn't hurt to help things along. :) Good luck!

My doc doesn't even check until 36 weeks and then of he isn't then she said she'd do an ultra sound and make sure there is no problem and then she will figure it or from there she said

Dr don't worry about this until your 36/37 weeks they will then schedule for an ultrasound to see if they can turn the baby around. They can do ecv at 38 weeks if it's safe to do so. You still have plenty of time for her to turn. Acupuncture helps. You would know when she turns cause it would feel like a big flip upside down
