When do you start getting breast milk? How many months?

My son is 2 day's old my milk just came in this morning

I didn't have any come down until the baby was born.  But there it was.

Didnt have a leak or drip,  no swelling no signs of milk at all. After they washed her right after birth they had me feed her and turns out I have OAL overactive let down which means basically I produce so much it squirts and can overfill her mouth and make her choke. Dont worry if you dont leak bc it means nothing lol hope that helps :) women can leak at any point its not usually at a certain point

Usually the breast milk comes when the baby does , but around your 6th month youll get Colostrum which is clear stuff that comes before the breast milk sometimes it leaks sometimes you dont realize you have it .
