contractions?

i feel like i'm getting contractions but i'm not too positive because i've never been through this before.. my stomach tightens up and i get pain down in my pelvis area and it kinda feels like i have to go poop (sorry tmi) it comes about every 10-15 minutes and lasts about 20 or so seconds.. is it contractions? if so, what do i do!? i'm supposed to be getting induced tomorrow at 6am.

yeah they go away after like 20 seconds and just come back after 10 or so minutes. i'm so scared!  lol but definitely will call my doctor. thank you!

Hello! I'm a second time mom popping in from the 25-35 age group, and what you describe certainly sounds spot on for early labor! You could call your doctor to give them a heads up, but he will likely suggest waiting until they are closer and more consistent before heading anywhere!

Congrats! Sounds like you may not need that induction after all!

Sounds like those are contractions to me. I'm a FTM and I'm 38 weeks. But definitely sounds like you could be in labor. Do they go away when you move or lay down? I would call my Dr if I were you. Good luck!
