contractions?

A couple days ago I had a super bad panic attack and I has hyper ventilating. Ever since then I've been having back pain, abdominal pains, and uterus tightening (the pain isn't that bad but last night for about 1min straight I almost started crying in pain). Idk if I should just wait or go in. I'm super confused and idk if there contractions or not. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

This sounds really serious u should just go to the hospital... This happend to me in my first pregnancy and I had emergency csection because my blood pressure was really high and the babys heart beat was slowing down... My opinon is go to the ER
