cramping question?

Hi ladies,

So i am a little over 10 weeks along.  i had 2 previous MC's both i did not even know, no cramping or bleeding or anything.  so far this pregnancy has been going well, great US at 6 and 8 weeks and yesterday at 10 weeks, we foudn the heartbeat at my dr's appointment with the doppler.

tonight i did a small amount fo walking, like a half an hour, usually i do an hour, and i have been throwing up pretty badly (i have night sickness) but i am now having strange twinging pains on my right side mostly but for a few seconds they moved to the middle of my belly.  they come for like one second and go away for a few minutes to 1 minutes.  this has been going onf or liek 1/2 hour.

is this normal to feel strange pains like this or should i call the doctor.  i am not in lots of pain nor am i curled up in pain, it is just more nerve rcking and strange.
thanks,

leigh

You could call your doctor if you feel you need to just to be on the safe side because you have had 2 m/c. But as everybody else here I had cramps to so bad I though I was having another ectopic pregnancy.

Good Luck to you :)

I had major cramps at 6 weeks. Went for a scan and saw the heartbeat. I never made it to 10 weeks so I can't tell you what my experience was at that point. My baby died at 9. However cramps are totally normal. I would just wait until Monday and ask to hear the HB again. Congrats :)

I agree with Gina leigh, your body is adjusting to the pregnancy.  Im sure everything is fine, but if you still concerned and the pain proceeds, their is no harm in calling the good ole dr in the mourning.  I will keep you in my prayers, keep us posted on how you are feeling tmrw:))

I started getting little Cramps right around 10 weeks too. I was freaking out because my entire Pregnancy up until then I had no Cramping whatsoever. I soon realized most of it was gas...because I would only get it after 7:00 on random nights and than it would last throughout the night and I would be gasy. As soon as I let my gas out I would start to feel better. Than by morning I would be fine. It only happened one or two nights back around 10 & 11 weeks and now I am nearing 13 and I've been feeling it pretty much every other night. A lot of it too is round ligament pain..our babies are growing a lot during this period so there's going to be things moving around, growing, making more room for the baby so we're definitely going to feel it. I've just reassured myself that its part of the baby growing process and just plain ol gas! But I have my next Prenatal on Monday so I'll be sure to mention it to her but in the mean time, as long as you aren't in soooo much pain or don't have any bleeding, you should be fine! It's part of Pregnancy! I understand your worries and concerns though, I have em too! :)
