From what I have heard the shot is effective almost imediately, but nothing but abstanenc is 100%....

if ur planning on having children later on i would get off that shot srry not trying to scare u but there are horrible thing all over the internet bout that stinkin thing i took it for 4 yrs i been off for 5yrs and i still cant get prego!! the shot will make u gain weight so that may be why ur bloated not to be mean or get any hopes down i just read if u get prego on the shot its cus u got prego b4 cus the side affects are so nasty u cant possible get prego while on it.

kk..lol i've been gettin a lil fat too and i ALWAYS feel on my lower stomach to feel if its hard and it is and my ma was like when u get fat all ur stuff in ur body gets pushed up..also i have been concerned b*c like 7 8 months ago i though i was pregnant by my ex i guess it was cuase i wanted a baby and for 5 months i though i was pregnant and i was gettin really bloated and didnt kno why and i would feel things move in my stomach and would wait to see if it was gas but it wasnt i got scared then i got a blood test done it came back neg but now lol for some reason i still think i am..i think i'm gonna be 1 of them woman who takes a long *** time to get preg

you should be fine, the shot had more than plenty of time to get in your system

i got the shot on dec 6..and i had sex on the 1st weekend in jan..and if i take the pee test i heard if ur on the depo its always goin to say neg its b*c of ur hcg or something like that..

depends on how long after the shot you did it and if you were ovulating or not. you ov about mid cycle. take a test if your not sure, it should show now if you are

well i jus got back on it in december and just "did it" like 2weeks ago and i'm not due for another shot intill feb

nope, but there chances it can cause prob. i think most doc check you for preg befor the give you the shot, mine did.
