depression during pregnancy

What do ob/gyns usually do for depression?
I'm 30+4 pregnant, I've been so stressed out and depressed lately. I don't want to talk to anyone see anyone or anything I wanna disappear... I have a 16 month old and I hate that she sees me cry everyday, I love her to death but I just don't wanna be around her (or anyone else for that matter) and it makes me feel worsse that I feel that way because I love her! She's my baby.. How should I bring this up to my doctor? What do I say? How will he help me?

I've struggled with ppd after my daughter was born, I never got help, and now its just all crashing back down on me and I'm to my breaking point. If it wasn't for my babies I wouldn't be here, nobody can love and care for them like me...

I think it is a phase... I am goin thru the same but as far as medicines there is no safewds for depression during pregnanci. Some alone time to just not think would do a lot . I am 35 wks and there is not much that helps due to these CRAZY hormones.
