But im feeling mild cramping in my lower abdiomen its not painful cramping just little twinges here and there. Is this normal to feel? There is no bleeding at all so idk what to do. Im 12 weeks tomorrow and I have had mild twinges/cramps on and off from the start.  No bleeding either and thats what you need to look for. I have had a couple miscarriages and its always scary.  Every little pain you think something is wrong.   Just try to relax and enjoy it.  If it gets worse or you start bleeding, then call the doctor!   Good luck and congrats to you both

Yea I feel just uncomfortable which could be the stretching. My doctor said cramping anywhere from four to seven weeks is from implantation or could be caused by a uti which is common with pregnancies. Thank you! You too it's such a joyous but scary pregnancy.

I been reading that it is normal. Its not serious cramps at all kinda like just very mild cramps like just a twinge every now and then. But congrats to you and hope everything goes well

Cramping is actually common. I'm 6wks 3days and I cramp like every day. As long as it's not serious pains or bleeding you'll be OK.  I had a miscarriage like seven months ago so it's definitely scary
