My water broke all on it's own while i was laying in bed at 9am. I went to the hospital at about 12pm bc as a first time mom i wanted to primp for the pictures. They swabbed me, which came baback negative for being amniotic fluid, & said i must have peed on myself & sent me on my way.. i went out to eat, went to the park, fed ducks, walked over a good mile & went to my regular OB appt at 4:45 & when he finally saw me, he said in fact it was my water, i was 4cm fully effaced & the walking was what was helping progress my labor without any pain.. bc i was having a contraction as he checked me & i couldn't feel a thing!  Once i got in the hospital bed & couldn't get out that's when the pain was noticeable. I believe walking is the best thing you can do! Besides if that baby isn't ready he's not going to come.

My mom says eating pizza... Others say having sex. I personally doubt all those lol but you're so close, hang in there!! The longer they bake, the better for baby.
