It's good for you to exercise while prego. I go to the gym and walk when I'm not too tired. Just don't over do it and don't let your heart rate get too high. Remember you're not trying to lose weight. Also stop or slow down if you feel any pains.
Exercise is very good for you and the pregnancy! stay as strong as you can as long as you can to avoid problems closer to labor!
It's great exercise. Just start off slow, maybe 10-15 minutes at first, and then build your endurance up. I walk on a treadmill about an hour a day, but always drink a lot of water, try not to overexert myself or overheat, and just listen to my body. If I'm really not feeling well, it won't kill me to skip a day or too. Exercise is wonderful for both mommy and baby though, so have fun with your new present. :)
