What is the symptoms for the first week of pregnancy

Hi there.  I really didn't have any.  Symptoms of pregnancy occur because of the hormones the pregnancy produces early on so it takes a bit of time to have enough hormone to have any symptoms.  The first one I felt was a bit more tired than usual.  Then I had tender breasts kind of like my period was coming.  THEN at 6 weeks (which is the average time frame most women who have this will get it, again because it takes that long for hormones to accumulate), I had nausea.  

but initially, I didn't have any symptoms.  good luck

I know its weird but my forst sign of preg was I was sneezing like uncontrollably and I never sneeze, also I smelled more things and I cramped super bad

First week or you mean like around 3rd or 4th w eek? It varies from person to person.I didn't get symptoms till around 6th 7th week and it was just sleepiness.
