for moms who have had their babys already!!

Ok so I had my baby just over two weeks ago and I am just wondering if this is normal.....my bleeding was fading away some time last week and then turned to what looked like the final days of a regular period.... But then just yesterday it started getting more pink and today it's like a faint red color like I'm bleeding again.....is this normal or should I call about it??? Just wondering if anybody else experienced this!!

With all 3 of mine I would bleed, have nothing for a week or so then start again.  They said it was my period, but I never got a period again till after a year at least since I was breastfeeding so much.

I had my baby 5 weeks ago and at my 3 and a half week mark my bleeding stopped (I'm always on the move chasing my almost 2 yr old and having a newborn)...I will be 5 weeks pp on Wednesday and I started my period today (I also started my period at 4 wks pp with my son). Mine is light pink with bright red and the cramps came with it too :(

I had my baby 5 and a half weeks ago and have had the same thing happen. I formula and breastfeed and it completely stopped for 2 days and the started back up lightly and became bright red, but not heavy. Not sure if its my period or what. But my scar is a little sore today so maybe I've just been overdoing it.

I had my daughter a little over 3 weeks ago. My bleeding has been light. I'm breastfeeding but my doctor said its normal for it to come and go while breastfeeding.

I'm also 9 days postpartum and my bleeding is mostly gone. Sometimes it's more than others tho. So it sounds normal.

I was told I could bleed for up to eight weeks...but I'm breastfeeding and was told that that can help slow down the bleeding. I'm only 9days PP and it has slowed down a ton.

Have you been more active recently? Post partum bleeding can taper off for a few days then come back full force a few times before you actually stop bleeding. Sometimes an increase in your daily activity can cause your bleeding to pick back up. I bled four weeks with my oldest and eight weeks with my son.
