Jaszyee: I literally have acidic vomit come up my esophagus and into my mouth and a lot of the time end up choking on it while asleep. It obviously wakes me up becauae i am choking and then the heart burn is worse and i feel like my throat is burned... Its horrible

I drink milk with a lot of ice.. works perfectly fine with me. But everyone is different though. Tums work well too. Or a yogurt.

You drink the baking soda and water?

What do you mean you puke acid in your sleep? @laineelove

You would think milk would help but in the long run it doesn't. It'll "coat" the heartburn but potentially make it worse.. I'm prescribed zantac by my doc, but I have it so bad I puke acid in my sleep and a lot of the times choke.. Ughhhh good luck

I'm dealing with that right now, just drinking lots of water and when I feel it burning I lay on my back to spread my chest open. seems to help me.
