I'm only about two months pregnant and I am constantly needing to eat if I don't I feel extremely weak and get a headache I thought u didn't have to eat a lot this early ...is this normal
I go in and out. Some days i'm sick and don't eat much, and sone days I feel good and want to eat all the time. Just try snacking instead of eating meals.
I ate a lottt when I first got pregnant. And I still eat a lot and im 32 weeks. My hunger never went away. Lol
Yes I get the same way try eating small meals throughout the day. It helped me a lot
