My sis in law drank it all the time pregnant and she gained just like she was supposed to and had a healthy 8.5 lb baby! My parents' supplier was actually told by a Dr to go on it soon after she had her baby. She was severely overweight and she'd tried practically everything else. He told her if she didn't lose weight she would die. Period. Do she told him to fix it, to find something that worked, because she didn't have time with two little ones at home and a nicu baby. He recommended herbalife. He said it was safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
She's lost over 250 pounds since then. She doesn't even look like the same person!
ha, maybe I will have to have one of these milkshakes!
Thank you @specialmom im not using it for no diet or daily is just ive been craving one for days their milkshake and tha savila lol. @paris0811 their milkshakes are way better than those from fast food restaurant. ;)
I don't take it daily but is just one of those craving. I love there milkahakes the cookie n creme one lol..
PS, if you are just using it as an added supplement to nutrition that is a different matter. If it is on top of a healthy diet, then it is probably fine but would not use it in the sense of managing weight. good luck
There are a lot of articles about it not being a good idea. Since it is a weight management product, during pregnancy, that isn't the time to use it. Only supplements and products that help maintain or add weight are usually recommended and nothing that induces weight loss.
I would at the very least, not consider it until your doctor says you can. good luck
I had one of their milkshakes and the instructor told me it was good to drink because it contains the nutrients and stuff that's in prenatal vitamins.
