You will have to check the labels on foods. Chinese and Mexican foods typically have a ton of salt. But if you make everything yourself you'll greatly reduce your salt intake.
Breakfast- Eggs (no salt!) on toast with fruit.
Lunch- Hummus with vegetables! Very high in protein and very filling. You could also try a lettuce wrap. Buy some Romaine lettuce and fill a leaf with cooked meat, cheese, etc. Be CAREFUL of deli meats as they're usually high sodium.
Dinner- Chicken or Steak Fajitas- throw the meat with some onions and chopped bell peppers into a crockpot. When done, put them in low sodium tortillas, top with cheese and voila! Dinner is served.
You should be snacking on fresh fruits and veggies. Baked chicken and fish (obviously fish in moderation) rice, grains are all healthy choices.... any processed or packaged foods are very high in sodium so they should be avoided.
